Physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in Wisconsin are required to complete at least 30 hours of board-approved continuing education during each biennial (2-year) registration period.
- At least 4 of the required 30 hours must be in the area of ethics, jurisprudence, or both.
- Continuing education hours may apply only to the registration period in which the hours are acquired.
- Continuing education is not required during the biennium when license was first issued.
