Edgar H. Schein, Ph.D.

Dr. Schein is considered by most to be the father of process consulting to business organizations. He is the author of Process Consultation: Its Role in Organizational Development among other seminal texts. He is currently professor emeritus at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
