About the Course

This course emphasizes the need to better measure the scope of the problem of intimate partner violence (IPV) and its resulting economic consequences. Developing strategies for the prevention of IPV and its consequences are among the important goals of the research presented in this course. The identification of future research needs and the prioritization of those needs are also important areas of emphasis in this course. As the title of the course suggests, the focus of the material presented will be on IPV against women.
