This course provides detailed information regarding the protection of children living in homes where domestic violence is occurring. Issues addressed include the overlap between child maltreatment and domestic violence, modifying child protective practice with families experiencing domestic violence, enhancing caseworker safety and support in complex child protection cases, and building collaborative responses for families experiencing domestic violence.
