About the Authors:
Arnold Anderson, M.D. is a Professor of Psychiatry and director of the Eating Disorders Program at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Dr. Anderson is a prolific writer and has authored over 200 scholarly articles and books.
In addition to his roles as co-author and publisher of Making Weight, Mr. Cohn has co-authored several books on self-esteem and eating disorders. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention.
Dr. Holbrook brings to his writing a unique perspective on the internal experience of compulsive exercise and eating disorders. His work in private practice and as the Clinical Director of the Eating Disorders Program at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin add to his extensive knowledge of the field.
