To determine whether a variant bulimic-type presentation, whereby an individual meets the criteria for bulimia nervosa (BN) with the exception that binge eating episodes are not objectively large (i.e, “subjective bulimia nervosa”, SBN), has comparable clinical severity to established eating disorders, particularly BN.

Compare the clinical severity of "subjective bulimia nervosa" with bulimia nervosa, restricting type anorexia nervosa and binge-purge type anorexia nervosa.
