Defeating the Anxious Mind: Neuroscience-Informed Treatment of Anxiety, Panic and Worry

About the Course

Watch neuroscience and anxiety expert, Dr. Janene M. Donarski, and learn her keys for successful anxiety treatment. Dr. Donarski integrates brain-based strategies for calming the anxious mind with client communication techniques that motivate change in your clients. Janene’s approach promotes treatment adherence and strengthens the therapeutic alliance – which is essential when working with anxious, worried, traumatized, or obsessive clients. There is so much educational information in the past 10 years on anxiety treatments that was not learned in education forums prior, including what is best practice, what works, medications that inhibit the treatment of anxiety disorders as well as medications that assist anxiety treatment, and immediate applicable treatment care that can reduce a patient’s anxiety within minutes. This program addresses this content and what the participants learn will benefit them in their daily contact with patients and the care patients receive.

This course is based on the recorded webinar, Defeating the Anxious Mind: Neuroscience-Informed Treatment of Anxiety, Panic and Worry created by Janene Donarski in 2024.
