The Impact of Pharmacotherapy of Childhood-Onset Psychiatric Disorders on the Development of Substance Use Disorders

About the Course

This intermediate and above level course is tailored for counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and social workers seeking to enhance their expertise. Participants at the intermediate and above levels of knowledge will delve into comprehensive learning objectives designed to deepen their understanding and proficiency in this specialized field.

Emphasizing evidence-based practice, the course delves into the nuances of treatment initiation, duration, and adequacy, highlighting the importance of early intervention and prolonged treatment in reducing SUD risk.
